I opened the doors of our storefront in 2018 with a mission to provide local families a place to sell their goods and grow their business.What I found over the years was that although we had provided the retail space, many small shop owners were looking for mentorship with their branding and needed more support in order to show up confidently online. They had the ideas, even had the vision but needed a mentor to help them find clarity. I had the pleasure of being that mentor as needed to the small business owners in our storefront and found that not only was this needed in store...but in the community as well.

Having a the Screws and Sparkles storefront meant that I was surrounded by incredible business owners every single day. Some as vendors, others as visitors, but all building with heart, with passion and some even with a mission. These were the stories in the community that need to be shared, but they did'nt always feel confident enough to do so.

So I decided to launch The Creative Collective.

From 2018-2025 I have helped hundreds of people with their content creation, their branding, their merchandising and even one on one mentorship. And because the mission of Screws and Sparkles goes beyond the walls of our storefront to be More Than A Shop and make a difference in our local community...I decided to create a new branch of Screws and Sparkles...

With over 20 years of combined experience in retail management, content creation, visual merchandising, leadership roles as well as building my own brand and brick and mortar, I have learned what works and what doesn't. I want to help you be your best so that you can give your business, non profit or brand what it needs to reach the right people.
